** A MESSAGE ABOUT COVID-19 **

I take the threat of COVID-19 seriously and adhere to the following precautions:

- I received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine in March and am fully vaccinated.

- Products are not worked on if I am feeling unwell or suspect I might be sick. This is a pre-Covid policy.

- All products modeled in photos are worn by models that have received a COVID-19 vaccination and have not shown any symptoms of being sick within 14 days prior to shooting.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of my current processing times are listed at the top of each item description. Products are finished within this time frame before shipment. If your order takes longer than the posted processing time, I will notify you via email. 


What kinds of materials do you use?

The three most common types of fiber used are: wool-acrylic blends, acrylic, and cotton. Each product description contains the fibers and other materials used in the finished product.


My order has gotten lost in the mail, what do I do?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If your order gets lost in the mail, please notify me immediately by emailing me at [email protected]. I also suggest that you call the last post office where it was scanned. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for any orders lost in transit, but I will do everything in my power to help you find your piece!


How do I care for my product?

All products descriptions include instructions on how to wash and dry your item. Generally, I recommend that all products are hand-washed and laid flat to dry, to ensure the longevity of the item.


Do you offer alterations on products?

I offer free alterations on custom orders and products that are made-to-order. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your product if it needs to be altered. Alterations are not available for in-stock items.


Do you offer repairs?

I do offer repairs on both my products and other knitwear. Please view my Custom Orders & Services page for more information.


Do you offer returns & exchanges?

I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Complimentary alterations are available for custom orders and made-to-order products.
