** A MESSAGE ABOUT COVID-19 **

Made by Mia Renée takes the threat of COVID-19 seriously and adheres to the following precautions:

- Mia received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and is now fully vaccinated.

- As always, products are not worked on if Mia is feeling unwell or suspects she might be sick. This is a Pre-Covid company policy.

- As of April 2021, products modeled in photos are worn by models that have received a COVID-19 vaccination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our current processing times are listed at the top of each item description (generally about 2-3 weeks for made-to-order and 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship). Products are finished within this time frame before shipment. If your order takes longer than our posted processing time, we will notify you via email. 


What kinds of materials do you use?

The three most common types of fiber used are: wool-acrylic blends, acrylic, and cotton. Each product description contains the fibers and other materials used in the finished product.


How can I place a custom order?

Custom orders can be placed by emailing us at madebymiarenee@gmail.com or direct messaging us on our Instagram (@madebymiarenee). Please note that custom orders require a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the overall cost of the order.

All custom orders require a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes towards the overall cost of your order. The starting rate for custom orders is $15/hour.


My order has gotten lost in the mail, what do I do?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If your order gets lost in the mail, please notify us immediately by emailing us at madebymiarenee@gmail.com. We also suggest that you call the last post office where it was scanned. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any orders lost in transit, but we will do everything in our power to help you find your piece!


How do I care for my product?

All products descriptions include instructions on how to wash and dry your item. Generally, we recommend that all products are hand-washed and laid flat to dry, to ensure the longevity of the item.


How can I ensure my product fits?

Product measurements are included in each product description, but if you think that the product might run a little big/small on you, please include a note at checkout and adjustments will be made. If you receive your product and it doesn’t fit exactly right, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will alter it for you, free of charge!
